Living Christianly is the outreach ministry of InTouch Mind Health, PLLC. We exist to come alongside individuals, families, leaders, and churches by providing biblically grounded, clinically informed resources that promote spiritual growth, emotional wellness, and whole-person transformation.
Every person has a story. While God is continually writing our future, our past often influences how we see ourselves, others, and even Him. Painful experiences, unhealthy patterns, broken relationships, fear, shame, and unresolved wounds can become barriers that keep us from experiencing the freedom, healing, and abundant life God desires for us. We believe that as we learn to understand our story through the truth of God's Word, we become better equipped to remove those obstacles, renew our minds, and participate in the ongoing work of God as He redeems our story for His glory.
